Irwin F.D. Waterbattle 2005

For those that have no idea what a waterbattle is I will explain. Its a friendly competition between fire departments. A barrel (usually an empty 1/2 barrel of beer) is strung on a metal wire with a pulley. The firefighters use fire hoses and water to push the barrel back and forth. If you get it all the way down to your opponents end you score a pin. Rules vary depending where you are but that is the simple version. These photo's were taken by my fiance, I am a member of our waterbattle team and was therefore a little busy and very wet.
