SR 4422 East. SR 4422 used to be US 422 until the completion of the Indiana Bypass portion of US 422 in 1995. Until recently, SR 4422 used to be SR 6422 but was changed recently to phase out 6000 SRs that were not true relocation routes.

SR 4422 East approaching the intersection with SR 4032 East and North Ben Franklin Road. SR 4032 ahead combined with SR 1002 and Chestnut Ridge Road comprise the old US 422 from the early 1900s prior to the Two Lick Resevoir. The Two Lick Resevoir severs SR 1002 (which ends at the Resevoir) from Chestnut Ridge Road making old US 422 no longer continuous.
